- Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and crash logs to ensure app performance and security.

- Verifying and redeeming gift cards with instant payouts.

- Request Account & Data Deletion: You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by going to Profile > Security > Delete Account inside the app or by emailing us at support@katrexapp.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Upon verification, all personal identifiers will be permanently removed from our active database within 7 business days, retaining only minimal records required by financial regulatory compliance.
